The Eastridge Group offers the following benefits to our temporary
employees:
Group Health Insurance: Medical, Dental, Vision, Hospital Indemnity
and Term Life
- You are eligible to enroll in a group health plan upon your hire date through our
corporate services provider, Eplica, Inc. Employees have 60 days from the start
of the first assignment to enroll in health benefits programs. Your branch will
provide enrollment forms to you upon hire.
- Please note: if you do not enroll during your initial eligibility period, you must
wait until annual open enrollment in January. Please ask your staffing coordinator
for an enrollment kit.
401(k)
- After you have worked 1,000 hours on-assignment with Eastridge in a 12-month period,
you will be eligible to enroll in our 401(k) retirement savings plan, effective
the first day of the month on the following calendar quarter.
- You may contribute 1 percent to 100 percent of your salary (up to $15,500 in 2007)
with a choice of several fund options. Contribution limits may vary based on your
individual compensation.
- The company may match a percentage of your contribution at the end of each calendar
year, with full vesting for any company match after two years.

Referral bonus program
You may be eligible to receive a bonus of up to $100 if you refer candidates to
Eastridge. Referral bonuses are based on job-type and hours worked. Ask your recruiter
